Cinderella's Closet Boutique - Now Closed for the 2024 Prom Season!

What is the Cinderella's Closet Boutique?

The Cinderella's Closet Boutique is Fairy Goodmothers' signature event held in the late winter/early spring prior to prom season. We invite high school students in need of a prom dress and accessories to make an appointment to "shop" free-of-charge. Each student is paired with a Personal Shopper to help them find a dress that fits, flatters, and makes them look and feel their best!

We work year-round in preparation for our annual Cinderella's Closet Boutique, where girls make their prom selections. We have many committees that do everything from fundraising, soliciting donations, sorting and preparing our inventory, coordinating with school guidance counselors, and reaching out to schools to spread the word about the Boutique.                                  

Donations of gently used prom dresses and accessories from a variety of sources are accepted through dress drives and private donations. To fill the gap between what we collect and what we need to make the Boutique successful, we hold a variety of fundraising events. Our organization is also fortunate to partner with local businesses who serve as sponsors of our events. Their generous support contributes significantly to our ability to do what we do each year for Central Ohio girls.
